Eligible Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn - Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging - Products should be returned in their original packaging when possible
- Proof of purchase - Include your order number or receipt
- Not damaged by customer - Items damaged through normal use or misuse are not eligible
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened supplements - Sealed supplements can be returned if unopened
- Underwear and intimate apparel - Even if unworn, for hygiene reasons
- Sale/clearance items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item

Email info@bixbo.com or use our contact form with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if defective or damaged)
Receive Authorization
We'll review your request within 24 hours and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Pack Your Return
Securely package your item(s) and include:
- RA number clearly visible on package
- Copy of original invoice or order confirmation
- All original tags and packaging
Ship the Return
Send the package to the return address provided (typically our warehouse in China).
Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2-3 weeks for international shipping), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Due to international shipping logistics, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
- Once your return is processed, you'll receive a full refund
Pro Tip: To avoid waiting for the return, you can place a new order immediately and then return the unwanted item. You'll receive the new item faster!
